Mike was one of the " firsts" for BBQ food trucks in NE Oklahoma. He was also known to travel all over multiple states.
He was devoted to his family and community and it showed with his great big heart ! Yes, of course Mike rested but he worked a heck of a lot! Mike passed away suddenly at home on July 25, 2023. Mike is deeply missed by his family and all that knew him. I always loved his logo of that Flyin' Pig, it always made me laugh.
